Overview

Due to an existing NDA, I cannot share my client’s information, however I can speak on my role.

My project involved content for managers in a large tech organization, and I was brought on to test the client’s mvp site. Our target users were managers from different levels and orgs within the company. I created a testing script and conducted moderated usability testing. My insights gave a better focus on the use behaviors of higher-level managers, unveiling what they valued and wanted more out of the content. 

I’ve also been involved in other projects with Left Field Labs and work with them on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities include:

• Establishing a research plan with stakeholders

• Creating a testing script

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research

• Analyzing and synthesizing research data

• Presenting research

• Delivering a research report
